Il Celliere Restaurant is set in an ancient cellar of the castle. It provides delicate cuisine in a beautiful surrounding. Guests can sample tasteful local and Mediterranean dishes carefully elaborated by the chef. The restaurant can gather up to 100 guests; it can be used for private receptions and banquets.

At the American Bar, a warm and relaxing atmosphere awaits guests. In this finely decorated bar, they will be able to enjoy refreshing drinks and delightful cocktails prepared by the hotel's barman.

Private dining can be organised in the Castle Hall. This room offers 10 to 250 sittings in a charming setting for convivial feasts and banquets.

The Balcony of Abruzzo is the name given to Castello Chiola Dimora Storica's terrace. This terrace features a swimming pool and offers superb views over the mountains and the sea. It is the perfect setting to relax, enjoy a fresh drink, swim or sunbathe.
